With the Seneca Commercial Property Private Mortgage Loan Program, we have
developed a system to easily facilitate your private mortgage loan. Our team of
experts will handle all of the details. We have hired some of the nation’s most
respected Accountants, Attorney’s, Contractors, Appraisers, Home Inspectors,
Realtors, Settlement Agents and other industry professionals to support our
Private Lenders. It is their job to get you the proper documentation and protect
your interests. Make a Mortgage Loan in Three Simple Steps:
1. Decide Your Loan Amount - You’ll complete a one page funding commitment
form and closing instructions document. This will confirm the amount of the loan
you will make and ensure that the settlement company has all of the required
information to properly record your deed.
2. Fund Your Loan - You will make a payment directly to the settlement
company. The settlement company will then apply your funds to the purchase and
repair costs of the property. By having a reputable and experienced settlement
company handle your money through an escrow account, you receive the protection
and peace of mind you deserve.
3. Collect Your Payments - You will receive quarterly or annual interest
payments at 12% per annum while your money is invested with Seneca Commercial
Property. When we sell your investment property, you have the option of being
cashed out immediately or transferring your Deed of Trust to another available
investment property. Most members have chosen to transfer their principal and
reinvest all or some of their profits to receive the benefit of compounding
